Professional and leadership roles: Was elected into the Board of Directors by SACCO members in their AGM on the 1st of April 2023, and as a Chairman by the members of the Board of Directors on the 19th of April 2023. His responsibilities are to preside over all General Meetings, board meetings, and joint meetings with the Supervisory Committee; and to perform such other duties as may be directed by the Board of Directors, consistent with the provisions of the Sacco Societies Act; the Regulations 2020; the Co-operative Societies Act; the Co-operative Societies Rules; the By-Laws and any other applicable law.
