Development Loans

• These are loans for development purposes and forms a major portion of loan
• Loans are processed as received.
• Disbursement is within 14-21 days from receipt of correctly filled and all required attachments included, of the Loan application form.
• Maximum Repayment period is 72 months at an interest rate of 13.5% per annum on a reducing balance.
• Maximum Entitlement is 4 times the member’s deposits.
• The Maximum limit is KES 2.5 Million
