CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN THE PROVISION OF STATUTORY EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES
Braemeg Regulated Non WDT Sacco Society Limited was established in 1988. The Sacco’s Mission is
To provide diverse and affordable financial products & Services that guarantee competitive returns to members through mobilization of savings, education and sound management. We are a medium sized Sacco whose current membership drawn from employees of all international schools stands at 1620 and an asset base of 659M.
The Society wishes to appoint Independent Auditors to provide statutory external audit services for the financial year 2025.
Requirement for the statutory external Audit Services
In order to be considered for the service, the following shall form the minimum requirements:
- Proof that the Audit firm is approved by SASRA for provision of external audit services for the financial year 2025.
- The Firm should present a current practicing licence from ICPAK.
- The firm should have been in practice for a period of not less than 3 years.
- The firm must provide a valid business permit.
- The firm must demonstrate sufficient quality control measures.
- A detailed company profile showing a list of clients; at least three (3) of whom must be SACCOs who can stand as referees.
- List of partners and Key staff Curriculum Vitae.
- Current tax compliance certificate from KRA.
