CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: BOARD AND SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP, 2025
Braemeg Regulated Non WDT Sacco Society Limited issues this call for nominations in accordance with the resolution of the annual general meeting (AGM) made on April 3rd, 2021, the Sacco’s By-laws and the Vetting and Elections policy. Hence, members wishing to present themselves for election to the Sacco Board and Supervisory Committee must undergo a vetting process. This circular is a formal invitation to the members to present their candidature for the positions of Board member and Supervisory Committee member at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of 2025.
Kindly pay attention to the requirements as listed under;

• Eligibility of election to board of directors – Vetting & Election policy
Vacancies in the Board.
Vacancies in the Board will arise with effect from the date of the next Annual General Meeting to be held not later than April 30, 2025 as provided in the Co-operative Societies Act and the Sacco By-Laws. The vacancies are as listed below;

Submitting for Vetting
Candidates interested in contesting any of the above positions are invited to submit themselves to a vetting process by picking up the official evaluation forms from the Sacco Secretariat in person or through an authorized agent signified in writing or print from the website.
Only persons from campuses falling vacant can present themselves for nomination and vetting for Board & Supervisory membership.
Duly completed evaluation forms must be returned to be received on or before 19th February 2025 at 5.00 pm at the Society’s office in POLLA House Building 4th floor along Gitanga
road.
